Jerusalem artichoke tubers for growing (Knighton LD7)

I've been thinning out our Jerusalem artichokes and have some spare tubers. They are easy to grow, just dig a hole and pop in a tuber. Harvest in the winter, they are frost hardy.

This is a Baby Dan safety gate that has been used as a dog gate, we no longer need due to kitchen reconfiguring. The catch is partly broken (see third photo) but it still works as you have to lift the gate up to open it. It would be suitable for a dog BUT NOT for a toddler or child. It's wall mounted with a Minimum Opening of 72 cm / 28.35" and a Maximum Opening of 78.5 cm / 30.91", height 68cm/26.77" Wall fittings and instruction leaflet are included.
