Offering an Aker SwirlBath, jetted tub w/ 1HP electric pump motor. Includes air switch for power cycling the motor. The tub is in great condition and was gently removed from primary bath during remodel project. It has 6 jets and just needs you to supply your own standard faucet and drain plug of choice. There are no cracks or scratches. Tub is fiberglass, so very manageable for transport, not very heavy. The motor has been disconnected for separate carry during transport and attaches with two simple twist flange connectors. The tub measures 60"x42"x22". It was removed from a rough-in surround of 38.5"x59.5"x19.25".

Includes two replacement motors, three sets of replacement propellers and a single battery that does hold a charge. It uses the Tello app on your phone to control it. So you will need a phone to use it. Also comes with charging cable but youll need to supply the charging brick(uses any phone charger pretty much). Can demonstrate working when you pickup. Pruning down the Christmas Tree collection.... offering up a 7ft artificial Christmas tree that does have lights on it, however as with most of these trees, they have largely stopped lighting, only a part of a strand continues to light, but we just put our own strands of lights or feel free to fix if you are up for the challenge. The base does rotate if you plug it in, but thats optional. It will come packed in the box shown in photo. It is a nicely realistic tree. Star topper NOT included.

Offering up an older 50" Pioneer Plasma TV. It works great, and does include an HDMI adapter to allow for connecting your own HDMI streaming stick to it. We currently use a FireTV stick and that provides access to all of our content and subscription services. Also includes an outdoor cover and a wooden deck stand. We've used it for a few years but also have another outside TV, so we are reducing to one. You will need to bring some help for moving as it is a heavy set and stand. The overall dimensions are 54w x 29h x only 4" deep. Again, it is heavy and you'll need decent size pickup vehicle.

This Drone Kit is being offered for someone looking to get into drones and wants to start with some extra parts from the beginning. NOTE: THIS DRONE DOES NOT FUNCTION, BUT, the controller, and all three batteries are still in good condition. The broken drone that is included here, still sells online for only $27, and if you get it, it ships with one battery and a controller new. So if you are willing to pick one up as replacement drone kit for the $27, this will give you another 3 batteries to use with it, as well as a spare controller and charger cable. This particular drone is a great way to get into the hobby at a very low cost, to figure out if you like flying them. I can say I had lots of fun with the drone prior to it breaking, I would recommend it for someone starting out for sure.

It does need washer clip for one of the wheels that could be gotten from hardware store. Otherwise the assembly works ok. Just may need to push wheel over on axel occasionally. Patio Umbrella Cover Only - 8’ (New Market, Md Lake Linganore)

Offering a perfectly fine, although faded patio umbrella cover. Fits an 8’ retractable umbrella frame. We just got a replacement in a different color and that freed this one up. You can tell from the photos what the difference in fade color looks like between the inside/outside that is exposed to sun. Still works perfectly for shade despite weathering. They install real simply over the frame, only takes about 2 minutes to install. You might also be able to restore this one with some dye coloring if desired.
