Free: Fitness bench (Dolwyd LL31) Expired York fitness bench: press ups, sit ups etc. (Llandudno junction) It’s been in the shed so needs a clean. I seem to remember you can change the incline etc... The bit where you hook your feet has had some nibbling by some inquisitive wildllife See photos

Free: Terramundi Pot (Dolwyd LL31) Expired Two Terramundi pots to two individuals. They have been used but I resisted the temptation to lever off the tops like you’re supposed to do, instead there’s a hole at the bottom for taking coins out of! I may seal with done harder tape and felt (if you’re lucky). Fair offer applies, tell me your saving goal (or don’t). There’s two to give away! Background: Terramundi Money Pots are handmade Italian (??) money saving pots which have to be broken to access the contents. The idea replicates pots used during the Roman Empire which were used to hoard coins and precious metals.

Free: Clip frame 70x100cm (Dolwyd LL31) Expired Clip frame: Perspex and backing board. Some clips missing and to be honest, you probably should pop something in each corner instead. There are two clips to hang the entire thing on the back. Dusty from attic dust so in need of a clean.
