Free: Metal shelving (Maxton TD6) Expired A section of metal shelving available free. This was given to me two or three years ago by a Freegler and I've made good used of it in my workshop since then, but it's no longer needed as I'm reorganising. The diagonal supports at the back are missing, but any baton or rod fixed across the back will work, or it can be screwed into the wall. The shelves can be moved to suit the depth of shelf space as required. It can be dismantled for removal. Collect from Maxton.

Request: Wooden broom handle (Maxton TD6) Expired If anyone has an unwanted old wooden handled broom or just a wooden broom handle, I would be grateful for it and I'll give it a new use to make an apple picker. I'll be on public transport to collect, so it would need to be on a Borders bus route please.

Free: A bundle of fabric off-cuts & remnants (Maxton TD6) Gifted An assortment of fabrics suitable for craftwork. They are what's left over from clothes and fancy dress I made for my grandchildren in the past. There are some pure cotton prints suitable for patchwork and some larger pieces of different fabrics - pieces of lining, fleece, different sorts of interlining—all sorts. Collect from Maxton.

Free: 6 Old tyres. Been used in the garden. (Maxton TD6) Expired We have some car tyres which have been used as planters in the garden, but we're re-vamping the garden and have no more use for them. Two are promised, but not yet collected. They are definitely NOT suitable for on road. There are several ideas online for upcycling and re-using them. Take as many or as few as you want. They don't all have to be taken at one time. Collect in person from Maxton, near to St. Boswells.

Free: A Working Vintage Landline Telephone (Maxton TD6) Expired A working vintage landline telephone with a long cable. It has a traditional ring tone. I think it's from the 1980s. It's been in use until this week. Just needs cleaning up a bit and the cable has some traces of paint on it from the skirting board it was attached to. It could be used exactly as intended in someone's home, or it would be a good theatre prop, or an addition to a vintage collection. Free to collect from Maxton near St. Boswells.

Free: Five drawer trolley on casters (Maxton TD6) Gifted Trolley free to collect. It has a metal frame, plastic drawers and is on casters. It is already assembled though full instructions for assembly and optional attachments are included. It is in good working order. It comes from a beauty salon which is having a refit, so no longer needed.

Free: Variety of chargers and charge cables (Maxton TD6) Gifted One Kenro alkaline battery travel charger which will charge various sizes, plus its cable with plug attached. One charger for use in a car. Plugs into the cigarette lighting socket. One unit (model no. DSL472) with modem and phone socket to plug into the wall. One boxed cable charger with micro USB for use with mobile phones. Unused, but the box has been opened. Another cable which I've no idea what it is or what it's for. Top left in the photo. We bought this three years ago, but never got round to using it, so it's been sitting in the shed since then. Biogedradable and diluted safe on plants and grass. Free: 6 x Large panes of picture frame glass (Maxton TD6) Expired Largest measures 1040mm x 690mm, smallest 690mm x 580mm, four others of varying measurements in between. This is picture frame glass, not reinforced glass for doors, windows or greenhouses. They're all sound, but dusty and need cleaning up. Collect from Maxton nr. St Boswells.
