Free: Dolls house Quiet book pattern. (Sidcup DA14) Expired Complete downloaded pattern book to make a “quiet book” Dolls house Complete with patterns ,fabric list and full instructions. I purchased this intending to make for my Grand daughter but never got round to it and now too disabled to try. I would love some one else to make use of it. 57 pages in total all punched and loaded into a ring binder. Please feel free to contact me for more details.

Free: Adjustable shelving. (Sidcup DA14) Gifted Adjustable shelving. 2 supports that you screw into wall. 8 brackets that you can put into supports at variable points. 4 white finished shelves that fit on the brackets. Alternatively the white shelves could be used for an other project.

Free: Recliner armchair (Sidcup DA14) Expired Recliner armchair in good used condition. Very heavy large armchair, will need at least 2 people to move cannot offer to help. I think it should separate into 2 pieces. Please note this chair does not have a riser function. Please no time wasters.
