Free: collection of 25kg plastic bags (Fords Farm RG31) Originally contained salt for a water softener... very strong plastic. (not recycleable?) Can anyone make use of them?

Free: 3 pairs of 'walking' socks (Fords Farm RG31) My hiking days are over. Bought with size 6 boots but I always found them a bit tight so probably better for a size 5 foot!

Free: selection of seed trays etc (Fords Farm RG31) Selection of seed trays. Finally conceded I am never going to use them! They will need a wash but no point in me doing it if they are going to end up in landfill (I don't think they can be recycled)

Free: Glass dish -leaf shape (Fords Farm RG31) Clear glass dish (on a piece of blue card in the photo). Approx 7.5ins (19cms) diameter. Undamaged but not suitable for charity shop or sale as it has become clouded from being washed repeatedly in my dishwasher. Ideal for displaying fruit etc.

Free: selection of zipped pouches etc (Fords Farm RG31) Take the ones you want or take all. Plain grey/ blue one originally held hard contact lens solutions. Patterned grey one originally held cosmetics. Red one originally held some mini tools. The black one in the photo has gone - it's been recycled as a peg storage bag! The rest are no longer needed but it seems a shame to put them in the bin.

Free: Electric fire (Fords Farm RG31) Old and a bit dusty and some rusting on the reflector plate so not really suitable for use in a living area. However the original fraying cable was replaced with new, not long ago, so it's now safe to use. Has been used since then in a garage/ workshop. Just no longer needed.

Free: Small quantity of concrete and stone -potential hardcore? (Fords Farm RG31) 3 large pieces of concrete which were dug out of a flower bed where nothing would grow well: they must have been dumped there by builders when the house was built!? Other concrete pieces are a broken bird bath. See pics - watering can and plant pot are in photo 1 for 'scale' only. I cannot lift the pieces nor do I have a sledgehammer to break them up but am hoping someone can use them. 🤞🙏

Free: double duvet -13.5 tog (Fords Farm RG31) In good condition - clean and has been stored rolled in a thick plastic bag. True, it's not exactly a seasonable offer but it's never too early to plan ahead for winter! I found it too warm so changed to a much lower tog.

Free: Selection of car cleaning products etc (Fords Farm RG31) Gifted Large bottle of car wash (at least half full), small bottle of wax wash (only a little left?), can of cockpit shine (only a little left?) lock de-icer, bottle of antifreeze and summer coolant. I am no longer able to wash my own car! If you take all, I'll include the brush as well!

Free: Roofing felt - 2 x roll ends (Fords Farm RG31) Gifted 2 pieces rolled together. Length not measured but end of 1 metre wide roll is shown in pic1. Narrower piece is also rolled at other end (see pic2 )

Free: Outdoor Garden Plastic Storage Box (damaged) (Fords Farm RG31) Gifted Plastic Storage Box with handles and wheels. Dimensions 113cms x 51cms x 53cms. Wheels work and only damage is on the front (see pics). Lid retainers are broken but could be replaced with string? Front could be taped back together to protect fingers? Still plenty of life in it!

Free: Wooden carver chair in need of restoration (Fords Farm RG31) It is structurally solid except for the seat! When I inherited it from my parents the seat had been repaired and the whole thing painted with white glosss paint. It looked lovely but foolishly I left it outside in a long period of rain. I was going to restore it but no longer have the enthusiasm. Would someone like to restore it to its former glory?

Free: Golden Book of Modern English Poetry 1870-1920 (Fords Farm RG31) VERY old hardback poetry book - (see pic 3 for 1926 inscription by a previous owner!) No loose pages. Text all clear except for a vertical pencil lines against couple of verses in one (or two?) poems. Spine fell off - it was temporarily stuck back on for photo 4 - so charity shops or libraries would probably just pulp it. Would anyone on here like it?

Request: landline handset and/or cord (Fords Farm RG31) Withdrawn I freegled all my old landline sets and cords, except one, because I was advised I would no longer need them as I was being transferred to VOIP plus landline. HOWEVER that didn't happen! My provider is still 'working on it'! Now the remaining landline handset is showing a message that there is aproblem with my 'line cord'. My provider says there is no problem but will send an engineer. Need to check if my handset cord is the problem before they turn up and charge me £75 because it is MY equipment not theirs!

Free: 3 seater wooden garden bench - needs repair (Fords Farm RG31) Gifted Whilst sanding this bench in preparation for a new coat of stain, I found a broken joint at the back of the seat. It is obviously repairable but I do not have the skill, tools or strength to repair it (see photo 2). The rest of the seat seems to be ok and it was still being used daily without mishap - until the damage was noticed! I am offering it in the hope that someone can repair it or recycle it in some way.

Free: 3 seater garden bench - potential renovation project (Fords Farm RG31) Withdrawn Whilst sanding this bench in preparation for a new coat of stain today, I found a broken joint that I do not have the skill, tools or patience to repair (see photo 2) so I am offering it in the hope that someone else will collect it and renovate it. The rest of the slats seem to be ok and it was still being used yesterday without mishap.....

Free: Carpet offcuts for weed suppression (Fords Farm RG31) Withdrawn 2 small pieces only. 49insx 27ins and 26ins x 17ins. A bit grubby from being used and stored in the garage but fine for weed suppression in a small area (or other such use!) Brush is in the photo just for scale. Free: 3 small ceramic plant pots (Fords Farm RG31) Gifted Reposted due to failed enquiry... Each 7cms tall, 7cms top diameter. Came in a gift box with 3 packs of cress and herb seeds. No longer needed. No holes in the bottom so do not drain,therefore not good for growing seedlings. May be ideal for children to grow cress on blotting paper or tissue paper or for baby cacti?

Free: 3 glass vases (Fords Farm RG31) Gifted Were originally used for schoolchildren to grow hyacinth bulbs in water so the growth of the roots could be observed. Silk flowers are only for scale and to show that they could also be used for cut flowers.

Free: Rear windscreen wiper arm (rubber is split) for Honda Jazz (Fords Farm RG31) Expired Can anyone use this before I put it in the rubbish bin. The rubber is removeable (and could have been replaced?) but I have replaced the whole wiper arm. The Bosch box is just for reference....to show the only replacement wiper blade sold in Halfords which was compatible with my 2015 Jazz.

Free: Part used bottle of QEP tile sealer (Fords Farm RG31) Gifted Tile sealer. Bottle is amost full. Purchased in error but once opened obviously cannot be returned for refund. Free: Britax child car seat (Fords Farm RG31) Gifted Car seat for child 9 kg – 25 kg. Got it from another freeegler who assured me it had not been in an accident. It has not been in an accident since I acquired it. My grandchild has now outgrown it. Fitting instructions are on the side of the seat but a paper copy (and a digital copy!) are also available.
