Free: Cat-flap (BT15) *Brown* cat-flap. Bought from Pets at Home. It’s all complete with fixings in the box. Box is for the white version. It’s been used but is thoroughly cleaned & is as-new.

Free: Mahogany corner TV-unit (BT15) Expired Corner TV-unit on plastic casters. It came with our home & it’s at least 20yrs old. Sturdy, solid. Room for any kind of set-top-box in the top compartment, with glass permitting remote-control signals Plenty of room behind cupboard doors for games consoles. 55mm hole in the back for plugs & cables. Vinyl/laminate’s loose on one corner where it joins, but not broken or chipped. Free: Pine wardrobe (BT15) Gifted Pine wardrobe in excellent condition. The back’s a quality fibreboard, so although it’s good quality, it’s not ridiculously heavy. Clothes-rail (obviously) + shelf inside at the top. Currently still assembled, on the first floor. I can disassemble before collection and/or help bring it downstairs intact. Request: Coax cable (BT15) Expired Looking for ~10m of coax cable (used for aerials & with satellite dishes) to test out some kit. Used/Salvaged cable’s fine - I can test it to check it’s fit for my purpose. Could cope with 5m or two x 5m lengths.

Free: Apollo folding bike (BT15) Gifted same model as this one on Gumtree: -bit of a monkey-paw this one. The good: small; I guess about the size of a Brompton - can be brought onto trains, buses & coaches when other bikes would be restricted. Can be thrown into the car easily & save on taxi-fare if leaving the car at the garage. mudguards, chainguard, rear-carrier mechanically in adequate order. Tyres & brakes are good "ding" bell stand folding-pedals working brakes The not-so-great: heavy (~15kg I think) lots of cosmetic surface rust single speed; tops out at ~15mph with high 'cadence' pedalling, so not great for road use Chain's rusty; probably should be replaced, or at the very least oiled (I've not oiled it just now as it would make replacing it more messy) front brake rubs a little - probably needs some v minor fettling A good many years old.

Free: Metal cabinet (BT15) Gifted Approx 2m tall, 1m wide x 45cm deep, metal cabinet, powder coated in black. A few dents and surface rust in places. Adjustable metal shelves. I think there are two shelves available, possibly more. Would suit me to have someone take as soon as possible. I guess ~20-30kg; more ‘awkward’ than heavy - fairly comfortably carried by two (can be awkwardly manhandled & trollied-around by one-person)

Free: Disposable BBQs + tools (BT15) Gifted 5 +1* disposable barbecues. *I removed the metal grill from the “+1” for a project. The tray, charcoal lighter-paper’s still with that pack. Also never-been-used BBQ tools; wooden-handled fork + tongs, a set of metal skewers (wooden handles) & 3 sets of “3 bbq tools”. Prefer to give as a single job lot. Free: Surplus tiles (BT15) Expired 2 styles of tiles; spares from our previous bathroom renovation. Blue: 32x32cm, qty: 8 These are smooth with a bit of texture to them. We had this sort on our floor. White: 40x25cm, qty: 11 Standard white, high-gloss finish. This sort was on our wall. Extra: Decorative shades-of-blue ‘glass’ tiles: approx 5x5cm, most still with protective clear-plastic film. Looks like 23 of these - on a webbed-backing.

Free: Extendable dining table (BT15) Expired Extendable dining table 92x92cm, extendable with built-in hinged panel to 92x128cm. Fairly solid (heavy) table made of MDF with beech-effect laminate. The surface is serviceable but tired. Perfect with a tablecloth. The panels secure with brass buckle-fasteners (pictured); 2 as square, 4 in extended format. Not all of these work, but enough do. Currently disassembled: the legs + the bolts removed for transport.

Free: Kitchen worktop (BT15) Gifted Laminated-chipboard kitchen counter worktop. Darker butcher-block style print, surplus to requirements. Good length, but too big for me to use & a waste to cut-down. 2.3m long (clean, but exposed cuts at both ends) 60cm deep (as standard) ‘square’ back, curved front-edge. Underside’s plain as per pic (this is normal). ‘Eggs’ pic is to show colour & scale of pattern - this of installed wider section. Heavy: two-person lift. I can help.

Free: Kew power washer body (BT15) Expired Kew hobby 80-1 power washer body* *This is the main gubbins of the unit & was working fine when last used ~15yrs ago. The lance comes with it, but is not up to scratch. The hose/lance is a problem: the lance handle (“A”) was disassembled to replace the broken plastic coupler “B”. The parts for “A” have been misplaced & /may/ turn up, and even then may not be complete. The whole repair project stalled 15yrs ago as two parts (aluminium + brass?) had seized together. The plastic coupler part should readily be available on eBay. I bought one 15yrs ago, but have since lost it. The original broken part is still in place.

Free: Halfords car mats “Advanced” (BT15) Gifted Set of 4 floor mats for your car. Bought *ages* ago (20yrs?) & never used. Grubby from storage, but otherwise grand. Originally supposed to ‘cut to size/shape’ - these are still as-new, ready to cut for your own purposes.

Free: Basketball set (BT15) Gifted Basketball net inc base + 2 x basketballs. Net’s adjustable up to 2.6m. This’s been well used & is grubby with some rust, but still plenty of life left in it. Broadly resembles the new one in the picture. Base fills up with water for stability (currently empty, mostly).

Free: Faulty travel fridge (BT15) Gifted Nikkai BST-BCR-15 travel fridge. Faulty Supposedly warms & cools (if working, but it’s not). Can be used with normal fig-8 plug (not included) in a house, or off the (supplied) ‘square’ fig-8 12v cable in a car. LED lights don’t respond, nor does fan on the back. Hopefully a simple electrical fix if someone fancies a go. Collection from Antrim Road, N Belfast. Otherwise will be dumped on Monday 😥

Free: Tumble dryer (BT15) Gifted White Knight 85AW (rear-)vented tumble dryer About 13yrs old. We've had it since new. Simple, clever technology; works on a sensor that stops the machine once the clothes reach a certain level of dryness - as opposed to us setting a timer & hoping the clothes are dry at the end of it. Has an energy-saving function (that we'd normally use) - dries at a lower temperature ("warm" rather than "hot"), but necessarily for longer. It supposedly saves 1/3 energy per cycle compared to a conventional dryer-programme. Recently the sensor's stopped drying before the clothes are dry, but generally it's been fine. If we hadn't seen our new machine at a good price, we'd still be using this one. It comes with a little over 1m of vent-hose attached.
