Needs to be descaled properly which hasn't been done recently and this could potentially solve the issue. Otherwise needs to be opened up to check the seal.

This is a great high chair but obviously needs a good clean with some bleach or vinegar to get the mold stains out (as been left outside). It can be used as a booster seat on a chair, or as a high chair. Comes with footrest. Giving someone a chance before we take it to the recycling center.
