We’ve recently moved house and found a number of garden ornaments in the undergrowth. I’d prefer them all to go together but will reluctantly have to throw in the tip what’s left. The two figures (a girl carrying a water jug, and the other is a water feature when connected to a water supply), the frog and the toad are either stone or concrete and all need a good clean. There’s also a terracotta pot, a group of ducks, and two Buddha heads (looks like they’re solar powered, each with a bulb but don’t work). Collection from Chester le Street. Recently lifted from front garden. Measurements are 200mm x 100mm x 50mm. Have been down several years so are now speckly as in photo, but were power washed earlier this year so not grubby. Working on 50 per sq m these will cover just under 5sq m - useful as a base for a bistro set, hardstanding for garden pots, garden/allotment path, lawn edging . . . Bookcase - unusual-looking shape (Waldridge Park DH2)

I bought this bookcase several years ago from a recycled-timber workshop. It’s a perfect size for paperback books, or a single ornament on each of the four shelves (5 if you count the base, 6 if you count the top). The dimensions of this square but tall bookcase are about 20cm on each face. So a square that’s 180cm high. The wood wasn’t stained so I painted the interior surfaces flat black then applied leftover wallpaper on the outside. This emphasises the twist effect. In actual fact it is simply the shape of the sides that make it look twisted. I’ve displayed the books to make this effect stand out. The unit is solid wood, with the shelves built in, so is quite heavy. It’s supplied with a bracket that screws to the top and the wall to keep it safe from toppling. Would make a perfect project for someone. I’d prefer collection only please as I wouldn’t know how to start packing it! If you want more detailed photos let me know.

This three piece metal set is in need of some tlc. I rescued it when it was being thrown away because of the small rust damage on the back of a chair (see photo). I spray painted all over, with the frames and seats in bottle green, finishing with dark blue on the table top and chair backs. Table is 60cm diameter and stands 70cm high. The whole set folds up for storage. Can easily be re-sprayed in any Rustoleum-type paint. Collection from Garden Farm estate in Chester le Street.

This is a freestanding decorative wall which can be carefully taken down and re-erected. Needs a bit of a scrub to show its cream coloured, textured stone/bricks, all of which are undamaged. Could be something useful to hide wheelie bins, screen off a compost area, grow something through it, whatever. Or as shown, as a decorative background to what was a garden pond. We’re downsizing and won’t have room for this double bed, which has been in a spare room so hardly used. The G Plan headboard, which has been in the family since the 60s/70s is teak but was updated with a few coats of paint. It’s been dismantled ready for the removal van in a couple of weeks but we’ve decided we won’t have a spare room (more use as a dining room!). There’s a drawer unit on either side, stands on one leg and topped with a glass shelf. The mattress is from IKEA. The base is in two halves with castors but no drawers. All in good condition. We no longer need this as we are moving to a two-bed property. We’ve kept the three doors and four drawers intact but the body has been dismantled. The only piece unavailable is part 7 (the top) but I’m sure this could be replaced with something similar from a local DIY place. Kit includes hinges, drawer runners, screws, dowels etc. Internally there is a shelf in the two-door wardrobe with a hanging rail, and three shelves behind the single door. Four drawers, on metal runners, are located below.
