Single mattress (Radford Semele CV31) this was a very expensive mattress a few years ago but my daughter said it makes her too hot. it is all foam and the top unzips and fits in the washing machine. the top could do with a wash, but could also be used with a mattress topper

midsleeper bed (Radford Semele CV31) Gifted Please excuse the mess we are sorting ready to decorate. This mid sleeper is a good solid bed. It does have a broken top step and glued side which I have tried to show in a picture. My 12 year old has been using it fine though but it is cosmetic and a new step and side can be ordered for around £30. It comes with integrated bookcase at the bottom of the bed but my daughter wants to keep the chest of drawers and desk so it is just the bed with bookcase. the mattress is available if you want it but it is not in the best condition and has some stains on it It will all be taken down tomorrow (monday) ready for collection. If no one wants it I will take it to the tip early next week

sofa and 2 chairs (Radford Semele CV31) Expired this set was bought new and not used much. it is about 3 years old. they have had covers on all of the the arms. there are no rips or tears and the seats are in great condition. i will try to take better pictures when i can. overall a great set
