I have lots of kombucha scoby (‘mother’) to spare as well as other stuff for making your own. It is a fermented tea reportedly very good for the micro biome. Not alcoholic as such. Not hard to do and very cheap! If you are considering taking part in the Zoe study on fermented foods beneficial to gut health, they recommend kombucha as something to add to the diet.
