Free: Bookcase (Grove OX12) Bookcase as shown in the photos. This is one of the self-assemble type. The back is just three pieces of hardboard tacked on and taped at the front. Quite old but in reasonable condition. The back could do with some more tacks and the joins re-taped. Height: 1m62 (5'4"), Width 69cm (2'3"), Depth 22.5cm (9"). Three of the shelves are adjustable.

Free: Pair of garden chairs (Grove OX12) Expired Two deckchair-like garden chairs. Old but serviceable. The seat material is rather grubby but I think removable should you wish to wash it. The chairs fold flat as shown.

Free: Yellow Building Sand (Grove OX12) Expired A good half bag of Jewson's yellow building sand. This was left over from a project some time ago. The sand has gathered some moisture from the air as it has been open some years - but is otherwise OK.

Free: Black and Decker Drill Stand (Grove OX12) Gifted Drill stand for old Black and Decker drill. Stand in working order with bolts for mounting on a workbench. I do not know which model(s) of drill fit the stand, although the base has the number 895576
