I bought this as a Conference pear many years ago. It blossoms beautifully every year (just finishing now) but has never produced fruit so it may need another pear tree to cross pollinate (?). It is in a pot, about 8ft high, 3ft wide. Need the space. Collect from Upton Village - probably need a van or pick-up.

Adjustable width wooden gate with fittings but no instructions. Approx 22" - 40". Used for my dogs so a bit scratched. NOT suitable as a child safety stair gate due to crack in one lower horizontal bar. Happy to answer any questions. Collection from Upton Village.
