Free: Christmas Tree Lights (Comiston EH10) Promised Old-school fairy lights. Plug them in. They glow. Not LED. No flashing/blinking/pretty patterns. Just slightly underwhelming points of light. Photo is of them tied-up. They are a few meters long and in a loop. I'll also include some spare bulbs. Anyone?

Free: 5x pillows (Comiston EH10) Gifted Cheap, artificial pillows. I'll wash them before they go. Sone have rips, but the stuffing doesn't fall out.

Free: Very battered office/gaming chair (Comiston EH10) Gifted You'll see from the photos, this has seen a lot of life. The vinyl/covering is cracked and worn in lots of places. The padding in some bits (e.g. the arms) is wearing thin. My son tells me some of the bolts are missing (yikes!). But it works. The up/down mechanism works. It reclines. The castors work and it can scoot about the floor. It seemed fairly robust. Is anyone interested, or is it time for it to go to the chair graveyard? Available in Morningside, but I'm away until the 24th, so you can't pick it up before then.

Free: Travel Shoe Shine / Polish Sponges (Comiston EH10) Gifted A selection of little shoe shine polisher kits that they give you when you travel. Most came from the ScotRail Sleeper, but there's some other ones. Maybe you have a lot of shoes to clean? I don't. Available in Morningside.

Free: Microwavable Popcorn (Comiston EH10) Gifted 11 packets of Costco microwavable popcorn NOTE: THE BEST BEFORE DATE IS July 2022. Having said that, I was feeding it to youngsters over the summer and they didn't complain. Yet more food my kids decided they didn't like after I'd bulk-bought it. Available in Morningside.

Free: Steam Iron Cleaner / Descaler (Comiston EH10) Gifted Largely unused (I'd say it's about 80-90% full). It's fairly old - the price sticker says Grays and they closed in 2010. Neither me or my wife remember buying it. Anyone got a dirty or scaled iron they want to freshen up? In Morningside.

Free: Shinguards (Comiston EH10) Gifted I don't know how to size these, but they were used by our kids, so probably "junior". There's a tape measure in the photos, in case that helps. The brand is "byte". In good condition. In Morningside.

Free: 3/4 size guitar (Comiston EH10) Gifted Beginner's guitar for small people/kids. Make= Jose Ferrer Size= 3/4 In good condition. Wrapped in cling film as a student prank, apparently. In Morningside.

Free: Beginner's classical guitar (Comiston EH10) Gifted Everything works. However the plastic bits on two of the tuning pegs have fallen off - my kids turned them with a pair of pliers. See photo. Available in Morningside.

Request: Empty bottles or jars (with lids) (Comiston EH10) Received I'm taking part in Doors Open Day this weekend and we're going to be running an Apple Press (to make Apple juice). I'm looking for some plastic/glass bottles (with lids) that we can use to let people take some of the juice away. Does anyone nearby have some I could have? Happy to give them a rinse/clean, but not really after anything particularly yucky! I'm in Morningside. I'd need to get them before Sunday (as that's when the event is) Thanks in advance. Craig

Free: Ikea stool / backless office chair (Comiston EH10) Gifted An Ikea chair/stool on castors. The model is "Traktor". In pretty good condition and everything works - the seat swivels and the wheels, erm, wheel. I've always found it pretty comfy when sitting at a desk. We now have more chairs than people and desks, so it's time to set it free. Collection from Morningside. Bulky, but not that heavy. Anyone? Craig

Free: Reusable freezer/ice blocks/bags (Comiston EH10) Gifted These came with are frozen food delivery. Gel-filled bags which you freeze and use to keep things cold. 8 of them. About 4" x 5 inches (see photo - tennis ball for scale). The delivery note says the gel is non-toxic and can be disposed of down a domestic sink when not needed.
