Request: Wooden foldable chair? (Ovingdean BN2) Please, has anyone got a basic slatted type wooden foldable chair or even two, that could replace a broken second hand one we had for ages. We'd really like something again that we can perch on outside on sometimes! We can rub down or revarnish if nec. Thank you. X

Free: Venetian blinds (job lot of 4) (Ovingdean BN2) 4 Venetian blinds. Metal. Two sized approx 150cms length, other two slightly smaller length - approx 147cms. Slat width of all four - 2.5 cms approx. Colour: slightly off-white, as faded a little. All four have the original pullers to adjust angle of blinds, and also have all original strings to raise/lower. All fixings to attach and clip/unclip, plus all original screws, included. They are all perfectly functional & in good condition other than needing a clean-up. Please!! If you are interested in having these four blinds, please give us one or more suggested time/s and date/s for collection. Thank you. PS: sorry, but the planter shown in the picture is not included with the blinds - we rather like it, and want to keep it!

Free: Printer (Ovingdean BN2) Gifted HP Deskjet 1110. White. With cable to connect to PC/laptop etc. Note: No power cable, but it's a standard fitting. As far as we know it's in ok working order: son came back from Uni with it, but we don't need it anymore. Free: Bike pannier (Ovingdean BN2) Gifted Travelite rear rack mounted bike pannier, 20l capacity. Handle on top - this releases the pannier when it's been clipped onto the rack. Roll-top and adjustable clip to fix on top and sides. Waterproof. Removable, adjustable shoulder strap (clips into side). Has some reflective strips on sides and front as part of design. Approx dimensions: 13 (L) x 37 (W) x 60 (H). Front zip pocket. Note: the lower "bracing bar" on the rear came adrift from the pannier, but I realised not really needed. But have kept the bar & fixing bits and it can be fixed back on. Will include these with pannier for successful Freegler. Free: Floor lamp (Ovingdean BN2) Gifted Floor lamp with two independently-adjustable, bendy "heads" (that house the bulbs.) Colour: dark-ish polished chrome effect. A switch on the unit's stem allows you to switch on just one, or both, lights. See pic. Height of unit (if both heads are extended straight upwards) - approx 161cms Diameter of floor stand - approx 26cms. Note that it has a "European" 2-pronged plug, see pic: you would need a 2-3 adapter for UK plug socket. Worked fine last time we used it - it's just surplus to requirements now. Free: Brown Suitcase (Ovingdean BN2) Gifted Large brown, rather old-style, pull-along (2 wheels) suitcase with various pockets internal and external. All zips functional, overall seems sturdy, and in ok condition except slight tear on rear pocket where you slot in address tag etc. Pull-up handle is a bit stiff but works. Note, however, that this is quite a heavy suitcase and would say it is not made of modern lighter materials, but would serve well we think for storage, eg of clothes etc. Approx dimensions: H 76cms D 31 cms W 38cms. Free: Black Suitcase (Ovingdean BN2) Gifted Black pull-along "Phoenix" suitcase (2 wheels.) Rear zipped pocket and inside pocket compartments. Seems sturdy and in good condition, but note this is NOT a modern, light suitcase, so may be more suitable for, eg, storage of clothes etc. Approx dimensions. Free: Bike pump (Ovingdean BN2) Gifted Upright Bontrager foot pump for bikes. Fits Schrader and Presta valves. Gauge at bottom to measure tyre inflation levels Height - approx 68cms Note: there is a slight air leak from the cable at the bottom end by the footplate when you pump - we managed perfectly well with this with a bit of insulation tape, and it doesn't stop you pumping up tyres.

Free: Garden chairs (Ovingdean BN2) Expired Set of 3 matching stackable light green colour plastic garden chairs. Have given them all a bit of a clean up, and note there is some minor paint spattering and a little colour fading in some places - otherwise all 3 are sound and functional. Free: Decorative "flower holder" (Ovingdean BN2) Gifted Difficult to know how to describe! Pictures show in more detail .... It is a narrow wooden decorative holder thing which we used for many years indoors to display twisted willow and dried flower stalks in but we're sure it has many other possible indoor creative uses. It has an inner metal "sleeve" and a sort of window (see pic), so obvs that only goes partway down the holder. Approx dimensions: Height - 38.2cms Depth - 5.6 cms Width - 20 cms. Anyone interested in giving it a new home? x

Free: Tennis racquet with case (Ovingdean BN2) Gifted Puma Adult tennis racquet - mid-sized head. Plus its zipped case. All racquet strings look fine & robust as far as we can tell, and the racquet generally is in pretty good condition save the strappping on the handle which could do with re-taping. Case also seems in good condition - we've given it a bit of a clean up and dust down. Free: Padded stool (Ovingdean BN2) Gifted Wood & metal stool. See pic. Cream-coloured seat. Not too heavy/bulky, and it's comfy to sit on. It has a fire label, but the papery-type lining underneath the seat that the label is on is torn but this does not affect stool. (Otherwise in very good condition.) Free: Zebra wall art (Ovingdean BN2) Gifted Lightweight wooden zebra with hook on top on back for wall hanging. It is not flat, but sort of hollowed at the back (see pic of rear) to give a 3D effect. Dimensions approx 48cms high (to tip of ears!), 17cms wide at widest point, about 7.5cms deep. Free: Football (Ovingdean BN2) Gifted Adidas football. Size 5. Bits of writing on it say, variously: "Bundesliga. Glider. Torfafabrik" (if that means anything to anyone!) Colour, as you can see - mainly mustard yellow, with blue, silver and black pattern bits. Bit mucky, but should clean up ok - looks in ok condition. Please do not express interest in this item if you are not able to collect it (sorry ....) - thanks.

Free: Large carpet segment - could become a rug or mat? (Ovingdean BN2) Expired Large rectangular carpet piece. In good condition, no staining, feels like quite a nice thickness. Light brown/beige pattern. Approx sizes: 125cms width 180cms length. Came from my mother's place, pretty sure it's wool, it has proper backing (ie not foam-backed - see pic of underside of carpet & of carpet, attached).
