i was given these they are brand new no idea what the blue shiny lining is, but i was told it is some kind of sports fabric that keeps you warm label says S and what the fabric is maybe someone wnats these - if not I will put in clothes recycling

the far infra red panel is brand new, totally unused 48cm by 108 cm it is still wrapped up in bubble wrap - BEHIND the panel with the wooden frame I left the panel with the wooden frame in the photo to show you what it would be used for, but the wooden frame panel is unusable now. This NEW unused panel has NO wooden frame around it
