Bevelled glass wall mirror, the frame has been painted in the past. Hangs in direction shown on photo, I have attempted to show the nice detailing on the frame. 27" wide (69cm) x 23" high (59cm). From pet and smoke free home. Collection from Belmont, Durham.

Light oak colour, probably vaneered, the colour is def even although the camera has not picked that up, it has loads of storage, it's heavy so will need two folk to pick it up. 15 inches deep, 59 inches long and 31 inches high. very good condition. From pet-free, non-smoker home. Collection only from Belmont because I don't have a car.

Light oak side table, top is 26/27" square and it's 21/22" high, handy shelf and drawer. I just bought this on Gumtree but I didn't ask the size and it's too big for me. It's in good condition but the previous owners must have been smokers, I don't smoke -not a criticism just being honest. It's solid so it's very heavy. Collection only from Belmont, I don't drive.

18 pieces of Light oak, engineered, click flooring, they have not been used, just left over when my hall was floored. It's 30mm wide and in various lengths. Could be used for small porch or inside some fitted cupboards/wardrobes, I've seen them used to make shelves or as tops for tables. Colour in photo of the pile is more true to colour, not as yellow as the attempt of a close up of the click joints. 1 x 1m 20cm 2 x 46cm 6 x 55cm 1 x 60cm 6 x 70cm 2 x 90cm I'm sure someone with a better brain than me could work out how much floor it would cover when the pieces are cut more uniformly to get them looking good. Collection only, I don't have a car.

Blue and black. Great condition, no damage or fading. Has an adjustable sun shade and there are straps and safety bar to prevent child falling off, it has a drinks holder, two zip up pouches for storing wipes, phone, keys, snacks etc, tray on back for more storage. Parent control handle which lets adult steer, the trike is not too happy to change to where the child can peddle themselves but anyone who is handy can probably correct this. The parent control handle, sun shade and safety bar are removable for when child get older.
