Wire mesh fencing / chicken wire or similar (Harrogate HG1)
I'm trying to protect my allotment sweetcorn crop from foxes. Some online research suggests a one metre high wire mesh fence is all it takes to keep them out, but I know foxes cheerfully scaled a 6ft fence to get at Mum's chickens, so I'm a bit reluctant to spend significant money until I've seen it work. And anyway there's a limit to what a few corn cobs are worth even though they are delicious. Hoping someone has something spare I could use for the purpose (in the Harrogate area).

Computer graphics splitter cables (Harrogate HG1)

Splitter cables for running two computer monitors off one socket on the graphics card. These are quite old. I've no idea what kind of a graphics card they are compatible with - maybe the photo of the plug will mean something to someone. The pairs of plugs on the other end are at least recognisable - two are DVI and the other is VGA.

This year's allotment harvest has left me with about 30kg of potatoes that are slightly damaged and risky to store over the winter, but still plenty of good eating for anyone who can be bothered to cut out a few bad bits. Organically grown and generally tastier than what you get in the supermarket. Aiming to share them out between a few people to get them eaten up fairly soon. I'll leave them in the front porch - bring your own bag and take as many as you want, first come first served. Old but useable piano stool - was once a lovely piece of furniture with attractive decorative inlay. It could possibly be restored to its former glory, but currently very tatty. One of the rails is broken in half and the bottom is falling out of the interior storage. But it serves its purpose. The seat cushion at least is in good condition, though considerably thicker than originally designed making the stool a little above standard height. Collect from Knaresborough Rd area of Harrogate.
