Leather armchair (Kendal LA9) Himolla reclining chair, old and slightly worn but still very comfy. Expensive when new. Heavy, will need two people to lift.

Central heating controls (Kendal LA9) Gifted Approx 11 years old, working when removed in August. Separate time settings for heating and hot water. Smaller unit is for zoned heating or underfloor. User instruction booklet for both.
