Free: leather look 2-seater reclining sofa (Heath Hayes WS12) A dark brown leather-look 2-seater reclining sofa. The leather look surface has worn away, but it would be fine with a throw. In otherwise good condition, with both recliner mechanisms working as they should. Ideal as a stop-gap for a first home, or student accommodation.

Free: 9 x Fence panels (6x5) (Heath Hayes WS12) Gifted 9 x feather-edge fence panels, - 6ft wide by 5ft high. These have been in position for 11 years; I've just removed them to upgrade to composite panels. There's small damage in places, so a few minor repairs will be required, but by and large they've stood up quite well, as they were quality items when new. Would suit temporary fencing, or someone on a budget. Collection from Heath Hayes.

Free: Child's bicycle - 20" wheels. 7-9 year old? (Heath Hayes WS12) Gifted Child's Apollo road/mountain bike with 20" wheels. Been in the shed unused over winter, so just needs the tyres pumping up, a wipe over, and a bit of oil. Please note: the twist grip gear change does not work, but the bike pedals happily in one gear. Gear ratio can be changed manually at the sprocket. Collection from Heath Hayes
