Free: Bag/box of food (2 available) (Epping CM16) Promised I am giving away a box and a bag of food, to 2 people (meaning, you can get either the box or the bag). The contents are more or less evenly matched, with each including a combination of: soup, canned tomatoes, pasta or flour/yeast, biscuits/snacks, tea etc. Note that most of the items being given away will be past their best before date. This just means they might not be as tasty as items just bought from the store. Please do not respond to this listing if this is a problem for you. Pick up is mostly any day, from 1 PM onwards, we just need to agree on a date and time. We are in Epping, CM16 post code.

Please note that a portion of the food is past its best before date, usually by a month or two. This means it's still safe to eat but might have lost some of its flavour/crispiness/etc. If this bothers you, please don't request this item. Free: Feminine hygiene products (for sensitive skin) (Epping CM16) Gifted A selection of feminine hygiene products: - 2 boxes of ultra extra pads with wings (8 pieces each); - 3 boxes of light pads (12 pieces each); - 1 box of regular tampons with cardboard applicator (16 pieces); - 2 boxes of pantiliners (24 pieces each). All the boxes are unopened. All the items are made with cotton, so suitable for sensitive skin. Can be collected afternoon or evening, on workdays or during the weekend. We are in the CM16 postcode.

Free: IKEA Clothes Racks (Epping CM16) Expired Two IKEA clothes rack, used for a couple of years but in clean condition. We had a number of hangers weighting a fair bit on them and as long as they are not getting moved around they work just fine to hold clothes. No castors. They will be disassembled for pick up. I believe they are the Mulig model, if you want to look on the IKEA site for dimensions and other details: Collection will be in the afternoons from CM16. Depending on interest, they will be given away separately or together.

Free: LG Flat screen tv (Epping CM16) Gifted LG flat screen TV. Please see the second photo for the details of the model. It's 37 inches and comes with remote and HDMI switcher. No specific issues that we are aware of, and it worked just fine the last time it was turned on, we just don't have the space anymore. The top looks like it's scratched in the first photo, that is just a reflection. Pick up will be from CM16, afternoons or evenings, by the evening of Friday (July 12th).
