Request: Pedal Exerciser (Hellingly BN27) Expired Before March 2025, I will be having a complete knee replacement. To aid my recovery I’m wondering if anyone has a Pedal Exerciser that they no longer need? Can collect anywhere within 10-15 miles of Hailsham area. I’m in Hellingly, work eastern side of Eastbourne.

Free: Pine Double Bed to be disposed of (Polegate BN26) Gifted Pine Double Bed to be disposed of ASAP from Polegate Now dismantled into parts of Headboard, footer, sides and mattress supporting planks. It’s old but very solid. Mattress NOT included. Bed fits a mattress 5 foot wide by 6 foot 6 inches long maximum. Sides to ends clamp together by plates and a wing nut, as provided by manufacturer. If not wanted it will be cut up and taken to the tefuse tip very soon. Can fit into large car.

To be collected asap off New Road Hellingly, near Hailsham. If no interest then will be broken down to dispose of.
