The specimen can be lit from above (as shown in the 1st photo), or below (2nd photo). And the tray can move up & down (it’s positioned low in the 1st photo, and high in the 2nd), and it can tilt (shown in the 2nd photo). There’s also many blank slides & cover slips (including an unopened package of them), and there’s also some slides with specimens (laid out on top of the manual in the 1st photo).

This is the kit, new: And the photo shows what remains (the bags of buttons, beads, and ribbons were never opened, and most of the yarn, and the loops, are unused. And I’ve also added in a whole bunch of loops from a different kit.)

This is it, new: Mine is a bit “refurbished”, because the strip of paper with the notes had fallen off (so I printed out a new strip, and taped it onto the piano. I used sturdy, glossy paper to match the piano’s glossy paint, and I think it looks pretty darn good!) And with this audio file, you can hear how all the keys sound (if it might matter to you that the piano isn’t too out of tune, although to be honest, I doubt this’ll matter all that much to a baby): :D
