Icon extract fan - noisy but works (Cutteslowe OX2)
Withdrawn
This is an 8 year old toilet/bathroom extract fan that I have replaced with a new one. Rather than throw it away I am offering it in case anyone has a need for a fan and may be able to fix how noisy it has become, or doesn't care about the noise. It comes complete with mounting kit and screws; visually it is in very good condition - needs cleaning inside to remove the dust build up.

Free:
TV wall mounting bracket - fully adjustable (Cutteslowe OX2)
Gifted
This is in very good condition. The TV mount slides into the wall fixing (photo shows it attached with the four mounting screws inserted. The TV can be swung out on the arm for an angled positioning. Suits a variety of Tv sizes up to 65” if it is modern lightweight one (older screens were much heavier so I wouldn’t risk it on an old big one). The key issue is how well you screw the mounting plate into the wall and what the wall is made of. I don’t have the bolts needed to fix the TV to the bracket but these are easily sourced or may come with the TV.

This is a Voners cutlery set box in excellent condition. The cutlery insets are included but probably removable. I am listing it in the expectation that someone can use the box for some other purpose as it’s quite big and almost as new. It’s 35 x 30 x 10cm

Battery powered wall clock. This is in excellent condition but recently started going round continuously as if can’t find time signal. Radio receiver may be faulty. 2 x Rattan armchairs - good condition but need attention (Cutteslowe OX2)
Gifted
These chairs were part of a dining set purchased last year. On one chair the rattan weave has been pulled away from the pins that hold it in place. These could be extracted and re-inserted to correct this problem with a bit of DIY effort. The other chair had a bent leg which, when corrected, the aluminium tube snapped. The rattan weave holds the leg in place, but the leg would best be repaired; could be achieved by inserting a wooden dowel into the tube after removing the end cap. Again DIY effort will produce a brand new chair :) See photos. Cushions not included.
