Free: Proxfit Iron Gym pull up bar (Bilton HG1) Gifted You hook this to your door frame for pull-ups. Foam padding slightly damaged but it all still works. Currently in my garage as so will clean it up before collection if anyone is interested. /

Free: Treadmill. Salus Sport X lite (Bilton HG1) Promised Treadmill that tilts and has programmes. I'd say it is an entry level treadmill. Folds up. Currently in the garage so will clean it up and check it still works if anyone is interested. Otherwise it's going to the tip.

Free: Filing unit, 3 drawers (Bilton HG1) Gifted Metal 3 drawer filing unit. Holds A4 paper size. Very lightweight but sturdy.

Free: Pair of long curtains (Bilton HG1) Gifted A pair of eyelet curtains. Fully lined. Each curtain is 210cm long, and 196cm wide. They are not perfect as they have been hanging for some years, for example there is a mark at the top of one of the curtains, see photo.

Free: Camping lamp (Bilton HG1) Gifted This lamp can either use your cigarette lighter socket (12v), three AA batteries, or there is a handle you can wind to charge it up as per second photo. LED bulbs. Occasionally used.
