Free: EasiYo flask and pots (Bilton HG1) This yogurt maker uses EasiYo sachets which you can buy online or in Lakeland. It is an insulating flask that you fill with hot water and leave overnight. It makes 1kg of yogurt. No sachets included.

Free: Treadmill. Salus Sport X lite (Bilton HG1) Gifted Treadmill that tilts and has programmes. I'd say it is an entry level treadmill. Folds up. Currently in the garage so will clean it up and check it still works if anyone is interested. Otherwise it's going to the tip.

Free: Proxfit Iron Gym pull up bar (Bilton HG1) Gifted You hook this to your door frame for pull-ups. Foam padding slightly damaged but it all still works. Currently in my garage as so will clean it up before collection if anyone is interested.

Free: Filing unit, 3 drawers (Bilton HG1) Gifted Metal 3 drawer filing unit. Holds A4 paper size. Very lightweight but sturdy.

Free: Pair of long curtains (Bilton HG1) Gifted A pair of eyelet curtains. Fully lined. Each curtain is 210cm long, and 196cm wide. They are not perfect as they have been hanging for some years, for example there is a mark at the top of one of the curtains, see photo.
