I made this sourdough starter just over two years ago. Will split some of if anyone would like to have a go at making bread. I'm happy to also write down a brief on feeding and my preferred bread recipe for trying. It's completely gluten free made from and fed with doves farm gluten free bread flour. It would be a good idea to have some flour in ready for baking and feeding and then get the starter. Happy baking xx
