Suitcase - with a dent (Manningtree CO11)
Gifted
Four-wheeled suitcase, 65 x 40 x 25 cm... which unfortunately got bashed while in the care of an airline. There is a big dent at the top - but the plastic is not broken, so the suitcase is quite solid and perfectly useable. The airline has paid me for a new suitcase, so I thought I'd see if this one is of any use to anybody. Collect from Manningtree, or from the Felixstowe Road area in Ipswich IP3.

Two large ones, probably from the front seat footwells, and two small ones, one of them more the size and shape of a front door mat. Let me know if you want more details, or better photos. Collect from Manningtree, or from the Felixstowe Road area of Ipswich.

Digital Parents Conversation Game (Manningtree CO11)
Gifted
A family game given to me at a conference I attended last week. As we don't have children I thought I'd pass it on to someone who can make use of it. From the description: "Deepen your relationship with the questions for both parents and children about the current digital age, its challenges and its benefits. The aim of the game is to stimulate debate within the family on topics that are not often discussed at home, and to get to know parents' and children's perspectives and attitudes towards digital technologies." The game contains 80 questions for parents, 80 questions for children and 50 cards with trivia quiz questions such as "When was the hashtag created?"

Free:
Ancient portable TV (Manningtree CO11)
Gifted
An old Blaupunkt portable TV. Cathode ray (i.e. its 4:3 not 16:9 flat screen). It DOES have a SCART socket. The tuner is analogue PAL colour (German sound spacing) so it is no longer able to receive anything at all on the internal tuner, since analogue TV has shut down everywhere. But it turns on and appears to be in working order. You can plug other equipment into it such as a DVD player or even VHS. Or a Freeview set top box or older Sky box inorder to get digital (terrestrial or satellite) channels on it. Would look great with a retro games console. PONG! anyone?? Ideal for anyone who wants a retro conversation piece that actually works. I don't recommend it if you don't know exactly what this is - get a flat screen instead. We need to let this go in order to make space, but hate sending useful (and collectible!) things to the tip.

Anchor (Manningtree CO11)
Gifted
A ship's anchor, about 1m long - and I believe it's a genuine one rather than an ornament as it's very heavy. It was given to me by a friend, and I don't know anything about it... so please don't ask me about any details.
