Free: Yale burglar alarm (Woodhouse Eaves LE12) Gifted As pictured, I believe It's a Yale EF-KIT2. It was in the house when we moved here and we never got to grips with it so I've decommissioned it. There is an array of sensors - door contacts, PiRs and the like, which I'll be removing so they can be had also. Also remote keypad and blippers. It communicates wirelessly with everything, is mains powered with battery backup, and has a phone outlet so it can call out. I have electronic copies of the manuals which I can share if anyone fancies a go at resurrecting it.

Free: Shimano MTB shoes (Woodhouse Eaves LE12) Withdrawn These were my son's but his mountain biking days are behind him. They are classic AM45 SPD shoes, and are size 46. Seen some wear but plenty of life left in them. I'm near Loughborough, but can arrange collection from Long Eaton, if that helps.

Free: Venetian blinds (Woodhouse Eaves LE12) Expired I have 4 of these, they were left, boxed up, in the flat that my son has just moved into, but of no use to him. All are 90cm wide x 170cm drop. One is white, the other 3 cream. All seem intact, but they are missing some fittings, so you'd have to be prepared to spend a bit of effort attaching them. Any takers?

Free: Drawer/cupboard handles (Woodhouse Eaves LE12) Expired As pictured, I have 10 of these, taken out of a kitchen before decommissioning. Only have 9 screws, but I'm sure they are standard. To fit door width 2-2.5cm.

Free: Several Carpets (Sawley NG10) Gifted I have several carpets which I'm replacing, so offering them here, as per photos. The floor plan shows the dimensions, the grey carpet is in the master bedroom, the other bedrooms, lounge and stairs are brown. The lobby carpet has had it, maybe of use on an allotment, all others are usable, just need a clean. Underlay and maybe even gripper available too. I'll be lifting them all on Wednesday 7th so collection will be then, from Sawley. Anyone interested please say which carpet(s) you want.

Free: Pair of 700 bike wheels (Woodhouse Eaves LE12) Expired As pictured. The rear is buckled, although if you're handy with a spoke spanner you may be able to straighten it. And at least the Freehub is salvageable. Front one is fine. Both are used. Any takers?

Free: Wall tiles, approx 2.5 m2 (Woodhouse Eaves LE12) Gifted They are Mainz ceramic tiles, as per photos, each is 15x30cm. Note they are not on the wall any more! Some are unused, some are reclaimed but good, a few are partial or cracked. All must go, I need the garage space.

Free: Fridge Freezer (Woodhouse Eaves LE12) Gifted As per photo, it's a Bosch, it's 180cm tall x 60 wide x 60 deep. Works fine, we were using it until recently but now have a new kitchen and appliances. 2 slight defects, neither of which affect operation. You'll need a van or a big car to collect.

Free: 2 Bokashi bins (Woodhouse Eaves LE12) Gifted They're for recycling food, but never really worked for me, all I got was a revolting sludge. Don't let that put you off though, if you fancy a go! I don't have any manuals, but there's loads of info online.
