Free: Seed propagators. (Winchmore Hill N21) These are 5 foot fluorescent strip light cases with the lights removed. The transparent covers protect seeds from frosts and keep these old lights out of landfill. The covers can be clipped on and there are drainage holes in the base. There are about 10 of them.

Free: LED Bulkhead lights (Winchmore Hill N21) Gifted Leading Lighting LED emergency lighting bulkhead with corridor function and motion sensor. The batteries have failed the latest test (Didn't last 3 hours) and are not easy to replace. The light itself works fine and could be used as just a standard motion activated light with corridor function.

Free: Leather Sofa (Winchmore Hill N21) Expired Brown leather sofa with chaise. It is 3.15 metres wide but please see photo for all dimensions. Seating area is in good condition. Some rear parts of the cushions are peeling but no tears. Replacement sofa is being delivered earlier than expected so looking to have it gone by next week. It splits into 2 parts for transporting. See photos.

Free: Insulated Plasterboard (Winchmore Hill N21) Expired A piece of 9mm polystyrene backed tape edged plasterboard. Damage on front face (See photo) but not cracked. Measures 2.4m by 44cm. Polystyrene is 1 inch thick.

Free: Insulation Offcuts (Winchmore Hill N21) Expired Pieces of Celotex slab insulation. Most of it is 10 or 12cm thick. Must all be taken together.
