Excellent condition no rips, tears, burns, fading, no pets, children or smokers. Just professionally cleaned. No sagging just a lovely sofa. Change of home and colour scheme is the reason it has to go. I considered recovering as its supportive and comfortable but too expensive. This has to go by Saturday or it's a van and off to the tip. Needs two people to collect from first floor apartment up one flight of wide stairs. Wide disability doors so will go out with no effort. Collection Hesketh Bank off Moss Lane.
