Free: Solid pine single bed frame (Bear Flat) Made by a friend’s father many years ago this is still in good condition but is no longer needed here. There’s a single mattress you could also have if wanted - clean but would need a mattress topper to make it really comfortable. This is a small single (in width). Dimensions 74inches long x 28 inches wide x 11 inches high. Not very heavy so perfectly possible for 2 people to carry the base somewhere not too far away if you don’t have transport.

Free: Shipton Mill White organic stoneground flour (Bear Flat) Gifted The remains of a 25k sack I bought last year. Been kept safely in a clean dry garage. There must be quite a few kilos left and I don’t want it to go to waste. BUT - I bought it for bread making, and all the loaves I made with it were dreadful. Didn’t rise, and even my sourdough starter failed. I’m sure it will be fine for any other use though.
Request: Vintage Tower auto slow cooker (Bear Flat) Expired Wondering if anyone has a working one of these lurking unwanted and unused? The electrics of mine has finally died and ideally I’d love to replace it with one exactly the same. I only really need the base part as I still have the cooking pot.

Free: Lebkuchen from Lidl (Bear Flat) Expired We bought this pack earlier this week. Tried a few, don’t like them. Please take them if you like these! Otherwise they’ll go in my worm bin to make compost for next year. Seems a shame.... Best before June 2025 (but nb this pack is now opened but clipped shut)

Free: Bubble wrap - 3 large sheets (Bear Flat) Gifted Good condition. Was removed from a large package delivered yesterday. Why buy new when you can reuse for free?
Free: Part-used jar of German mustard (Bear Flat) Expired This is a jar of sweet mustard - apparently goes well with German foods, but we find it too sweet for our taste. NB it has been started; best by date is Sept 2021 but - it's mustard - doesn't go off, and looks and smells fine. Shame to waste it.

Free: Rockery stones (Bear Flat) Expired They were in the garden when we came here in 1991. We've used them since then. No longer needed due to garden re-think. Perfect for you if you're wanting to create a different habitat in your garden! You'll need a vehicle to transport them though (but I picked all of them up and moved them from the garden myself, so provided you take care of your back not too difficult to shift). Sitting in front garden ready for collection, parking directly outside

Free: Wrist strap for Fitbit (Bear Flat) Gifted Grey colour, 20mm wide. NB this is not a Fitbit strap, but one that fits perfectly on some models. The Fitbit I had it for broke but the strap is fine. Can leave it outside in a bag for contactless collection.

Free: Veg plants - climbing French beans (Bear Flat) Gifted I’ve got about 6 spare good string plants ready to plant out now. Can leave them in front garden for you to collect. Grown from my saved seed for about 10 years so don’t know what variety but they’re productive and delicious, don’t tend to go stringy. At the end of the season I let them go to seed then dry the beans for use in soups etc.
