This is a working treadmill that’s in good condition. It measures 6’8” long 3’2” wide. Full range of speeds and inclines. Compatible with Google Fit. It has been disassembled and it is in our garage so much easier for pick up and transport. Would require re-assembly. Here is the manual - It is located on the basement level of our house in New Rochelle.

This is a gas powered fire pit that measures 30” L and W and is 24” high. It has a cover and comes with blue glass pieces. It does need cleanup -it’s been outside all winter, though covered. Some tinkering will need to be done with the pilot as that was unreliable. It’s in good shape overall and was used very little.
