These can be used with tiling or with PVC decorative wall panels - ideally put panels on top of insulating tile backer boards if the other side of wall is external, to maximise insulation benefits. The trims tidy up external corners, such as around windows/doors.

This is previously used but the parts can be re-organised to suit, with extras available from garden centres. Also, a programmer to switch the water on & off. This uses a PP9 battery.

Free: Flymo Turbo Compact 350 Lawn Mower (Cradley WR13) Withdrawn Orange Hover mover that sucks the cut grass into its box, where it compacts ready to go on the compost heap or into the brown bin. Also includes a new spare blade and tool for changing blades. Can adjust height of cut by moving discs either side of blade. This is a good size for average & larger lawns - the "compact" in the name refers to the way the grass gets compacted in the collection box.

Free: 10mm single core earth cable. (Cradley WR13) Gifted Originally 25metres. Green/Yellow colour. I estimate at least 15metres remaining. This is typically used in rewiring or high power applications, by a qualified installer. I used it to provide a secondary earth to some metal sheds.

Free: Gutter leaf guards (Cradley WR13) Gifted Approx 30 gutter leaf guards, 50cm x 10xm, interlocking design. For standard size plastic gutters. These are effective at stopping leaves from blocking gutters. Ideally, you give them a clean every few years.
