Mattress dimension is 174x132x6cms Sofa dims (cms) Back height 73 Depth (front to back) 90 Arm height 64 Width 187 Fabric is dark grey - is sun faded but in good condition for its age. Cat has scratched at one arm (pet free house since 2020). Good quality and comfortable spring mattress type. Sofa bed has only been slept on about 10 times. Fire resistant fabric with label.

Free: 4 EZVIZ security cameras (Surrenden BN1) Gifted 4 EzViz security cameras, bought in Currys and formerly used in my mum's house. You connect via the Internet and can pan, swivel and tilt and even talk through them. Useful for keeping an eye on elderly parents, children, pets etc. There was a monthly subscription of about £5 each. All but one comes with a bracket that can be used to fix the camera to the ceiling, wall etc. Each camera needs a power supply.
