Leather 2 seater sofa (Kemptown.)
This is a good quality leather sofa that, with a bit of TLC, would look great again. I got it on marketplace a couple of years ago for £100 with the intention of doing just that but never got a chance, and soon realized that the feather filled cushions also need re-filling, which I don't have the time or space to do myself, so they are currently pretty uncomfortable! It's probably not too difficult a job if you have time, and definitely worth doing as it's otherwise a great, well made couch. Collection from Kemptown, or can possibly be delivered within Brighton, Hove or very nearby - please ask and I'll see if we can get to you. Thank you

UPVC bay windows (Kemptown.)

Hi, I’ve got a double glazing UPVC bay window that will be ready to go to a new home in a couple of weeks, possibly even next weekend (May 24th/25th). The middle bit is fixed (doesn’t open) and the sides open - bottom bit outwards from the middle out and top window outwards from the bottom up. Pictures should illustrate better than my dodgy description! The left hand side bottom window frame is a bit warped. All windows lock up either completely shut or slightly open, with a key, and all key are included. They’re fairly heavy so while we can give you a hand to your car/van on this end, you might need help on your end! The approximate sizes are as follows: - each of the side windows (top and bottom in one long piece) is 23.5” (60cm) wide by 72.5” (184cm) high. - the middle piece is 34” (86cm) wide by 72.5” (184cm) high. Collection preferred but we might be able to deliver within Brighton/Hove. We’re pretty flexible for collection times so let us know when suits you and we should be able to work with it. Ink cartridges for Kodak printer (Kemptown.)

I can't remember the exact model (sorry!), but I have a few ink cartridges to give away that were for my Kodak printer. They're the generic kind, not Kodak brand, but were very good and what I always used. There are 2 big color ones and 3 smaller black ones, as pictured. Black: K-BK30 XL 9x3) Color: K-C30 XL Let me know when you can collect and, please, especially do let me know if you change your mind, I've had a few people make me wait at home and not bother to tell me they weren't collecting after all in the past, it's not very nice!!
