Faux pas leather, firm to sit or lie on and very comfortable, the springs on the frame are all in excellent condition. The upholstery can be removed from the frame for easy transportation. Perfect for your own use or if you want to provide it for your rental property. Many years of use still left in this one. Non smoking and no pets home.
