Free: Tall Boy Chest of Drawers (East Blatchington BN25) Promised This dates from maybe 1950s or 1960s. Solid wood. Repainted a few years ago. Original handles. Mirror in top compartment is missing. 114cm tall. 61cm wide. 42 cm deep.

Free: Self levelling compound (East Blatchington BN25) Gifted Three and a bit bags of SLC. We have had them for almost a year (stored dry). We have used one recently and although it has set hard, it took about twice as long to set as it should have so it is past its best but still usable. Levels 2 - 10mm

Free: 4 - 6 pallets (East Blatchington BN25) Good condition. One I believe is hard wood used to transport paving. Similar fairly standard sizes. Four single pallets and two connected together which can be taken apart. All can be taken or just one or two as required.

Request: small bit of cement board 6 to 9mm thick (East Blatchington BN25) Withdrawn Hi, We need to patch up a soffit and need a bit of cement fibre board that's between 6 and 9mm thick. Needs to be suitable for exterior use. Size we need is about 175mm x 400mm. Can anyone help so we don't have to buy a whole board and just cut a bit out? Thanks!

Free: Multitool (East Blatchington BN25) Gifted Corded oscillating multitool. Bought around two years ago and used a few times. We ended up getting a more powerful one which was better for our needs. Great for awkward cuts.

Free: Counter top mini oven (East Blatchington BN25) Used for around six months. Works fine. Comes with a wire tray and a solid one.

Free: 12/240V Fridge "Car Freezer" (East Blatchington BN25) Gifted Used for nine months as a basic fridge. Pretty efficient but fairly noisy compressor. I've cleaned it but there are a few marks on the lid. It works fine on the mains with included transformer.

Free: Large metal raised bed (East Blatchington BN25) Gifted Painted grey. Some rust but still usable. 1m wide 2.3m long and approx 0.8m tall. Can be divided into two half height beds as panels are bolted together. It might be possible to take it apart to transport it, but there are a lot of small bolts that have some rust. Not heavy, but bulky!

Free: Three manual roller shutters for Fakro loft windows (East Blatchington BN25) Expired We ordered these shutters to go with our new loft windows, but it turned out they weren't compatible so the company replaced them with another type. Can anyone make use of them? 78 x 114 (two of these) 140 x114 (one) Model is ARZ-H (the hand cranked version). / I have tried to keep track of the bits and bobs that came with the shutters, but no guarantees.

Free: Roof light - timber, double glazed (East Blatchington BN25) Gifted The opening it fits is 76cm x 120cm. Not sure of the age but it appears to be in good condition. No leaks and opening mechanism is fine. Centre pivot. Flashings are available to take too if needed.

Free: Drinking water supply pipe 25m (East Blatchington BN25) Gifted Unused pipe length (it was too short). Has been stored out of the light - not suitable for use exposed to light. Made of MDPE. We also have a shorter section (about 10m?) of the same kind of pipe.

Free: Hardcore - large blocks (East Blatchington BN25) Expired As shown pile of large blocks from wall demolition. Some are aerated concrete, others are a more dense concrete block. Also have some bricks and mortar hardcore available (about 1m3).

Free: Stove chimney liner (East Blatchington BN25) Gifted This standard chimney liner I believe was installed recently by the previous owner of the house and only had very light use by them. It's around 6m long (suitable for bungalow or top floor stove).
