Free: Epson V200 Scanner (Barnton EH4) Promised Epson V200 Photo Scanner in working condition. Still makes a reasonable copy but don't expect v high res images, it is not an expensive model. Needs to go ASAP so reply stating when you can collect. NOTE: Had a few time wasters recently so have taken to blocking some now.

Free: HP Deskjet 4200 Inkjet Printer (Barnton EH4) This is an old inkjet printer - single sided copies only, A4 maximum size. Still functions well but the HP ink is quite expensive and HP are tightening up on 3rd party inks. If you can find them they are much cheaper. Want this gone ASAP reply with when you can collect. NOTE: Been bitten in the past by time wasters - started blocking some of them now.

Free: Dining Chairs (Barnton EH4) Gifted Two brown faux leather high back dining chairs, these have lost their fire awareness labels so charities can't take them. They are in very good (hardly used) condition. Height to back 110cm. Seat height 50cm. Collect only

Free: Extendable Curtain Rail (Barnton EH4) Gifted Chrome effect extending curtain rail (John Lewis). One grub screw missing (see central bracket in photo) otherwise all fixings intact. Extends from (approx) 100cm - 160cm. Collect.

Free: Lampshades (Barnton EH4) Gifted Two lampshades in cream or beige? Conical shade 30cm diameter x 15cm high. Larger shade 35cm dia. 22cm high.

Free: John Lewis Rug (Barnton EH4) Gifted Hand knotted wool rug 240x170cm. Blue and silver/grey. There is a small mark approx 3cm diameter. Please note this is bulky and heavy. Collect only.

Free: apples (Barnton EH4) Gifted We have an over productive dessert apple tree and currently have some 25kg or so that we'll not be able to use. These are straight off the tree, washed, various sizes. They don't look much but they taste good. Probably more interest to someone looking to press them for their juice (or cider). If you are looking to juice them we have a few more windfall unsuitable for eating or cooking with but fine for pressing. Won't split, sorry - take one, take all.

Free: Corner bathroom tidy (Barnton EH4) Expired Corner shelf unit chrome - needs a clean. 30x20x35 (radius). Fixes to wall via 2 screws.

Free: John Lewis Cafe Rod (Barnton EH4) Expired Two chrome curtain rods complete with fittings and instructions (screws needed). Suited to lightweight net/voile curtains in bathroom/toilet etc. Will extend from 80cm to 1.2m. Take both or take one, your choice.

Free: Blackout Blind (Barnton EH4) Gifted White blackout roller blind. Fits a window up to 2.3m (inside dimension) but will cut down to fit a smaller window. Drop is more than sufficient to cover a standard bedroom window. Good condition but a couple of small blemishes that should be easy to remove/clean. Comes with fixing brackets but no instructions or screws.

Free: Large Blackout Blind (Barnton EH4) Expired Standard roller blind assembly. Efficient blackout functionality. The blind itself is white and has several insect marks across its area. These may or may not clean off - we didn't try as when in use the blind was behind curtains so wasn't seen. Currently fits (internally) a window 2.4m wide although it may be possible to reduce this to fit your needs. I have the brackets for the blind but the screws will need to be provided. No photo, it's a white roller blind

Free: IKEA Wardrobe - Similar to Current VISTHUS (Barnton EH4) Gifted This is similar to the current IKEA VISTHUS offering on the IKEA website priced at £350. Be aware this is a heavy piece 200 x 110 x 55cm. Will need a van to collect it. It will not fit in a car of any type. We've done the difficult part and dismantled it ready for collection and labelled the pieces to facilitate reassembly, all connecting hardware has been left in place too. We can even supply a web link to the full assembly guide. NOTE: Previous 2 (different) postings have elicited immediate responses "Is this still available?" from what turned out to be timewasters, so I may not respond immediately to your request.

Free: Bathroom/Cloakroom Mirror (Barnton EH4) Gifted Mirror with associated shelf requires screws to attach to wall, no fitting instructions. Mirror is approx 50 x 50 cm with an opaque frame. Shelf is 12cm deep at the mid point.

Free: IKEA photo frame (Barnton EH4) Gifted Suitable for 3 square photos, this is an IKEA (ERIKSLUND). 71 x 31 cm each 'frame' is 16x16.

Free: Emulsion Paint - various - REPOST (Barnton EH4) Gifted Various part tins of emulsion paint. Mainly blue and grey shades. Not prepared to spread them over several requests. Sorry, take all or take none. Some tins contain sufficient paint for a small room, others may do a cupboard or two. Repost after no-show.

Free: Scottish Football Magazines (Barnton EH4) Gifted A boxed assortment of Scottish football magazines (programmes and fanzines). The Absolute Game, Alotta Balls, AWOL, When The Sun Shines among others. Some programmes in amongst, Hearts, Hibs, Cowden. '80s and '90s. Not prepared to sort out individual teams - take one take all please.

Free: Halfords car seat (Barnton EH4) Gifted Halfords Car Seat Stages II and III. Probably better for occasional use (grandparents e.g.?) rather than regular daily use. Having said that it is in good condition and in use by ourselves 3 or 4 times a week up to 18 months ago.

Free: National Geographic Magazines 2018- 2021 (Barnton EH4) Gifted 2018 -2021 (4years). Complete set of 48 magazines. These are all in excellent condition covering a wide range of topics; climate, humanity, wildlife, religion, among others.

Free: PS2 (Barnton EH4) Gifted Uncovered making space in the attic. A PS2 console with 2 controllers and a memory cartridge. Nothing much more to say really, no obvious cables/power supply but may interest someone who fancies a challenge; otherwise destined for landfill/recycling. No photos, it's a PS2.

Free: Vintage Comics (Barnton EH4) Gifted Toddlers (Buttons) comics from the 80s. About 30 mostly in good condition with very few of the activities pages completed. Based on BBC TV programmes for the very young. Is nostalgia still alive anywhere out there? (If not they'll be shredded and composted so won't totally go to waste).
