Seep hose, approx 4 metres long, designed to water ground when attached to a conventional hose. One side seeps; if turned over, it becomes a sprinkle hose. Has been damaged at the non-connecting end but still functional

I washed a non-woven Duvet and the cover disintegrated. So I have a lot of (clean) duvet stuffing which could be used to stuff soft toys, cushions or for some other craft; but not really useable for a duvet unless you create another cotton cover. It is at least clean!

My late mother was a (long retired and highly regarded) primary school teacher. She had responsibility for English and Science teaching at her school and put together a lot of resources for this which she kept for sentimental reasons when she retired. She'd put a lot of work into these and thought they might be useful to a new teacher? These are hand written but there was a lot of work here, and this may be useful to a new primary school teacher in saving time for lesson prep? There are files,primary science experiments, poems, etc.

These need upcycling/repair! The back needs to be re-soldered/reattached to the frame, so at present they are working stools with a flopped down back. But they were once good quality office chairs and if you have the skills to fix them somehow they may be worth having.

Old oak kitchen units - for garage or workshop (Gomshall GU5)

We have old (1980s) oak kitchen units and worktop which were dismantled and used to make a temporary kitchen in an outbuilding while our kitchen was installed. They are suitable for that; or for a garage or workshop. They aren't really good enough to use in a kitchen now. They are on oak carcasses (lined with white laminate) with solid oak doors. They are currently attached to the wall so you would have to dismantle to move them. Includes (if you want) a sink and electric hob, and a Neff built in oven, which were also freegling separately.

It's about 20 years old - footstool/pouffe. This is the footstool from a Brigantin set. I'm attaching a pic of the original image. The cover is washable but although washed has some stain marks on it.

Neff oven (Gomshall GU5)

Neff built-in stainless steel cooker, standard size (double oven, second small oven also has grill). Doesn't have the model number on the outside so not sure which one but it's about 10 -12 years old. We replaced it with a free standing oven so it's now available. I'm afraid it does need a serious clean but it is in full working order or was when last used! You would need to be able to move this and disconnect it - will need at least two strong people (and sorry, we can't help carry it down stairs).
