Free: Loft ladder (Mytholmroyd HX7) Gifted Three-section Werner Abru aluminium loft ladder. Fits different ceiling heights up to about 3 metres. Well used, but still in good working order. It lacks the fittings to install it in the loft, but these can still be bought as spares parts.

Type TP-LINK AV600 with passthrough, so they don't use up your plug space. 2. Sondstrom webcam with USB cable. Clip it to the top of your monitor or screw to the mini tripod.

Free: Window restraint (Mytholmroyd HX7) Expired Jackloc window restraints, designed to prevent a window opening more than 100mm (4 inch), to prevent small children falling out. These have a press-and-turn button that adults can use to disconnect the cable and fully open the window. Please let me know if you would like all five, or just some of the restraints.
