Kenwood, 25 litre, stainless steel, model K25JSS11, 800W. Silver grey, 513mm wide, 425mm deep, 305mm high. Some years old but perfectly functional. Complete with instruction manual. Surplus to requirements as have moved into a house with a built-in microwave.

Unit is silver grey and speakers are wood-effect. Main unit dimensions: 230(L) x 145(W) x 167.5(H)mm. Speakers: 160.5(L) x 134(W) x 208(H) mm. External wire aerial for DAB reception. Also has a remote control and an instruction manual. Was originally also a CD player, but this function ceased to work some time ago. Still plays DAB radio perfectly.

Bicycle (Offenham WR11)

Dawes Horizon bicycle with crossbar and dropped handlebars. 700mm wheels. Probably 30 years old, but still in good working order. 21-speed derailleur gears with gear change on down tube. Comes with paniers and pump. Not sure about frame size, but previously ridden by someone about 5ft 9in., but saddle will go quite a lot higher if necessary. Would fit in most cars with maybe front wheel removed, or can be ridden away!

Small sofa, which converts into an occasional bed. Dimensions when opened out into bed: W 135cm, H 63cm, L 197cm. Quite old and visually a bit past its best, mainly due to fading rather than wear as it has been in storage rather than use for about the last 15 years. However, perfectly functional and might suit a child's room or play area. Can be dismantled for transport if necessary.

Used for three years, but now decided to return to a real tree this year. Fully assembled, tree is 220cm high and 100cm wide at the lowest branches. Comes with a base and assembly instructions. Perfect condition. Packed in a box roughly 45cm x 60cm x 95cm high.
