Request: Padded Envelopes (Large Letter Size) (Grotton OL4) Hi, I am trying to help save the planet by re-using and upcycling stuff. I currently need 'large letter' padded envelopes that have been used but are still in good condition - so no huge tears. Size 35.3cm by 25cm. I don't mind if bigger, but I have been given a lot of the smaller size. Thanks for reading

Free: Baking Apples (Grotton OL4) We have had a lot of apples from our tree. These are Baking apples, varied sizes and quality. Obviously not all pristine (as one you would have to pay for). These may be useful if you run some sort of 'soup kitchen' project or Food Bank. Or do you make cider? There is a limit to the number of apple pies I can make and eat in the Autumn period :-) Thanks for reading

Free: Sewing Machine - Not Working (Grotton OL4) Gifted This is a very old SINGER Sewing Machine which has been in my possession since the 1970s. It has not seen a great deal of use as I do not do a lot of sewing - just the odd seam! Working until recently it has now started 'breaking needles' so is in need of repair or service. It comes with a cover (shown) and the original instruction booklet. Also a few spare needles. If you are interested in doing repairs......this may be your challenge I really don't want to take it to the tip as I hate any kind of waste. Thanks for reading

Free: 8 Incomplete Jigsaws (Grotton OL4) Expired Over some years I have bought Jigsaws (mainly from Charity Shops) to find they have a few pieces missing. Before I bin these....would anyone like the challenge of taking these? There are 8 boxes as shown. One contains 2 jigsaws so there are 9 jigsaws in total. Most have only one piece missing. If you have no transport, I may be able to deliver (Within reason). Thanks for reading

Free: Undercounter Freezer (Grotton OL4) Gifted I am disposing of an old Undercounter Freezer. This is a ZANUSSI (85litre capacity) which has served us for many years. It was still working when I switched it off a few days ago and allowed it to defrost. I cannot offer any guarantees as to how much longer it will last. It has spent the last couple of years working in the garage. As a result there is a bit of corrosion (rust) at the bottom of the door on the outside. Clean and tidy inside. I have provided photos. Please check them all out before replying. Needs two people to move it and a large vehicle. Thanks!

Request: Padded Envelopes (Grotton OL4) Expired I am appealing for used padded envelopes from small to Large Letter size (Up to 35cm X 35cm) in reasonable condition, which may have a second life. We are also conscious of carbon footprint so I am limiting my search to approx, 2-3 miles radius from home. e.g. Lydgate, Mossley, Springhead, Austerlands, Waterhead, Lees, Grotton (Perhaps Uppermill, Greenfield, Friezland etc.) Please do not be offended if you are too far away. I can pick up at your convenience. It's a long shot - Do you also have any Organza gift bags (Any size?) - from Christmas presents maybe. Best Wished for 2024
