Free: Fairy lights, excellent condition (Gamlingay SG19) I have finally been forced to admit that I have too many sets of fairy lights, so these are looking for a new home! They’re not overly long but lovely and bright, used to go around a window in years gone by. Transformer etc in good condition. No kinks in the cable. Collection from East Hatley, SG19 3JA

Free: TomTom sat nav (Gamlingay SG19) Expired Old model so hasn’t had any updates for a few years, probably doesn’t know that the new bits of Cambourne exist! Turns on and functions fine, though I imagine the battery doesn’t have much staying power. Comes with usb cable and holder, though I’m not sure how functional the sucker is any more. Might just be a fun thing for a kid in a car who would enjoy following a journey along on screen. Collection from East Hatley SG19 3JA

Free: Singer sewing machine FOR REPAIR (Gamlingay SG19) Expired For repair or spares. Singer Talent sewing machine, well maintained and well loved but has a clunking shuttle mechanism after I pushed it too far with several layers of heavy canvas! The repair man said it’s repairable but would cost almost as much as a second hand version, so I’m cutting my losses and investing in a more heavy duty machine. Happy to send you a video of the fault. This was my beginner machine and has been superb, making hundreds of garments, accessories and a few thousand masks during Covid! It does everything you could need (unless you’re sewing canopies out of heavy canvas…) including stretch stitches and button holes. Happy to deliver to Gamlingay, Potton, Croydon, Arrington and immediate surrounds. Otherwise collection only from East Hatley, SG19 3JA.

Free: TSG skate/bike helmet (Gamlingay SG19) Gifted Black helmet with blue strap, very comfortable. Size large (fits 58cm) and it’s a flexible construction so quite handy if your head’s a bit of an odd shape like mine 😉 Has had a few scratches but no serious knocks. Free: Ply wood scraps (Gamlingay SG19) Gifted Anyone have any use for this? There are some decent sections of 18mm ply and a partial sheet of 5mm. They’ve come out of a van so do have screw holes in etc but if anyone can make use of them, please do! Collection from East Hatley SG19 3JA.

Free: Vintage piano stool with storage (Gamlingay SG19) Gifted Early 80’s mahogany piano stool with upholstered seat and storage inside. The lid hinge is broken and needs filler or a strip of wood replacing but this would make a really nice project for someone. Kept it for years intending to fix it but have had to admit that it’s time for it to find a new home! Collection from East Hatley SG19 3JA

Free: Vintage sheepskin coat, size 10-12 (Gamlingay SG19) Gifted Lovely lightweight and warm coat, has been my favourite for years but is sadly now a little tight across the shoulders for me so it’s time for it to go to someone else. Flattering cut and well constructed, all buttons secure. A couple of spots of damage - slight rip to the right hand pocket and two small holes on the left shoulder but many years of wear left. Free: Belt sander, does not collect dust (Gamlingay SG19) Gifted Bosch belt sander, works well but does not collect dust anymore, just sprays it happily into the air as it comes off the belt. Probably only suitable for light DIY because of this! Please make sure you have a dust mask. Comes with the dust collecting cartridge even though it’s redundant. Collection from East Hatley SG19 3JA

Free: Petsmart cat flap parts (Gamlingay SG19) Gifted All parts for a Petsmart cat flap EXCEPT SWING DOOR. My chonky cat broke the door so I had to replace the whole internal part and had to buy a whole new one. I have left over: Exterior panel Door lining Extra lining strip for thicker doors Used internal panel without swing door All bolts and screws, and instructions. Free: Various paints (Gamlingay SG19) Gifted Garage clear out! Varying amounts, a bit dusty and the odd mangled lid but may do someone a turn if they’re doing up a house on a budget. Free: Wickes electric hand sander (Gamlingay SG19) Gifted Little blue orbital hand sander, has done a lot of work don’t may not last forever but could do someone a good turn! Includes box of sandpaper pads etc and dust collector. Dust collector is probably full because I can’t open it; not designed for small hands. Quite loud, ear protectors recommended.
