Dark brown leather settee three seater in good condition in our communal room for collection. It wasn't mine but will do someone who needs it. It comes with elephant feet feet with screws to make it higher. There are a couple of marks that can be seen in the photo but overall in very good shape.

Hi, unfortunately, we got our Christmas Tree out of storage to put up and the stand was missing. We could not find one that would hold it up (it was several feet high) so we can't use it and it was starting to break apart anyway. If anyone has a Christmas Tree locally we could get someone to pick up.
