Genuine vintage kitchen cupboard (Gladestry HR5)

Very pretty kitchen cupboard with some great features, in generally good structural condition. However: one pane of glass is missing from the upper cupboard (we have a make-do solution as shown, but it really needs a new piece of glass); both hinges have come loose on the pull-down counter top in the middle, but the hinges are still there and could be re-attached; and all the door closers need some love so that they open and shut properly/easily. Dimensions (approx): 6’ high, 2’6” across, 1’4” deep. PLEASE, before you ask for this, ensure that you have ready access to a big enough vehicle to collect it. It will not go into a standard car, as it is six foot high! To be collected ASAP, preferably over this weekend (12-14 Sept).

A decent quality, solid body board in good condition. It has been kept in our shed for a few years, which accounts for its speckled appearance - but I’ve cleaned it and I think that a few outings in salt water will sort that out! If you would like it, please let me know immediately, because if there are no takers it’s going to the recycling centre on Sunday 31/8. Save it from the dump!

A fair-sized remnant roll of roofing felt which has been in a dry shed for a couple of years. A few feet of it has been cut in half but most of it is 1 metre wide. I would like it gone, so the sooner it can be collected the happier I will be!

Very bright lamp with long flex, for working in dark spaces eg attics. Could also be used as a spotlight outdoors. The tripod has surface rust but is still sturdy; the plug should probably be changed for safety.

Women’s bicycle (Gladestry HR5)

Very sturdy women’s bike, which has been neglected in our lean-to for a few years and will need some tlc to revive. I’ve tried to show its true condition in the pics. It has some rust spots on the handle bars, and the chain is also very rusty; and the brakes will likely need to be replaced. But it is a good make of bike and I think could easily be restored to working order by someone with a bit of know-how.

Useful planting table in good condition - it’s just a little wobbly at some of the joints (it was self-assembly!) so it might benefit from some reinforcing. It has a removable tray for compost/gravel, drawers and wheels on one end so that it can be moved easily. Dimensions: length 93cm, width 43cm, height to table top 93cm, height to top back shelf 120cm

Kemble Minx Piano (Presteigne LD8)

Really nice family piano, a little worn but still makes a nice noise and is in tune with itself. Kemble pianos were apparently bought by schools as they were known to be so reliable. This one has been in my family for decades, we all learned to play on it when we were young. As per its name, it’s a very tidy size so will suit small rooms: l 52”/103cm x a 20”/51cm x height 36”/90cm. It needs to be moved by Sunday 11 August as the house is being sold. Flat, ramped access to ground floor; the piano is in castors which all still function.
