Free: Garden tiller (Loosley Row HP27) Gifted Works, but it's had a hard life (tree root, flints, rubble) and 8 of the 16 blades have broken off. In the photo you can see each set has two blades ... should be four. But if you are turning over flower beds it will be fine. I used to create wild flower areas in a virgin meadow, hence why I've replaced with a heavier duty one.
