As per photograph - I was mowing the lawn and it started smoking due to some string? wrapped around the central blade that I was unable to remove as didn't have the correct tools. I stopped the lawnmower soon as. I am not sure once this has been removed and the mower cleaned up whether it will work but maybe worth a try. Otherwise could be used for parts.
