Mountain Equipment goretex waterproof jacket and salopettes. 25 years old, but still do the job reasonably well. Size = men's M - and it is a generous medium. The jacket has a hood that can be rolled up behind the neck when it is not raining. It also has four spacious pockets (two inside, and two outside), all at chest level (so that you can use them when wearing a climbing harness!). There are underarm vents for when you want to stay cool as well as dry. The salopettes have full-length side zips, making it very easy to put them on over your walking boots. The shoulder straps have lost all their elasticity - they still hold the salopettes up, but you have to pass them across your chest, which makes them a bit bulky.
