Full working order, barely used. Pink bike with stabilisers. Does have small tear on saddle seat, outside edge of one pedal is broken. Both shown in pictures. Neither affects bike usage. We think it would suit 5 to 7 year old. Pedal to saddle at its lowest a boy 15 inches, highest 18 inches Happy if you want to look and try it for size

We have two wooden dining chairs. The seats have been reupholstered. They are of sturdy construction, but one chair has two screws in the leg (see photo, this could be covered with filler). 95 cm wide, 21 cm deep, 89 cm high three shelves. Used to have dowels for side ways storage of plates. Needs a good clean as it’s been in the garage. Most marks will sand out. Apart from the one show in the picture, which might take a bit more work. Has the 4 hangers still on the back as shown. Collection 10 mins walk from Lancaster station.
