Free: Worktops (Greenford W7) Worktop from old kitchen. Still in good condition. 60cm depth ,usable length 166cm and 128cm . Are joined in corner so may come apart and damage in that section. Ideal for use in garage . Also one corner kitchen unit with white doors. Must be taken away by next weekend or will be disposed off.

Free: Foam seating (Acton W3) Gifted 62cm Square approx. Cover in washable cloth . Held together at one end with safety pins but could be sewn. Could be used as spare floor seating or on safari to raise level for older people to make it easier to get up. My husband used it to run on spot as less impact on joints.

Free: Double Mattress (Acton W3) Gifted Used but still OK if you can't afford new one. Will.need to organise your own transport. Still has fireproof labels on so can use in tenanted flat. Slightly stainedd on one side. 190 cm long. 140 cm width.

Free: Sponge for camping (Acton W3) Gifted Sponge small mattress that I used camping or as emergency bed for guests. Can be easily stored under bed or sofa. Or could be cut to for seating cushions. 155 cm long 51 cm width
